Pictoryx ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pictoryx platform at pictoryx.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload images, or contact us for support.

• Account information: email address, company name, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash).
• Uploaded images: product photos you submit for 3D model generation. These are stored temporarily and deleted after your model is delivered.
• Generated models: GLB files produced by our AI pipeline, retained for the duration of your account.
• Usage data: job history, credit usage, API call logs, and browser/device information collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Pictoryx service.
• To process your image uploads and generate 3D models.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, job completion notifications).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns for product development.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of job completion. Generated GLB models are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete any model at any time from your dashboard. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and storage providers under data processing agreements.
• Payment processor: Stripe processes payment information directly; we do not store card numbers.
• Law enforcement: when required by applicable law or valid legal process.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging in.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights
